The Concord office, near Walnut Creek and Pleasant Hill, is located in the heart of Todos Santos Park and is accessible from the Concord Bart Station. The office is on the first floor at the intersection of Salvio and Grant. The office is in front of Grant street and overlooks the 2020 Heritage Building. Our offices are open all year long.   • Directions from Bart: Upon arriving at the Bart Station, walk down three blocks on Grant Street. After passing Todos Santos park, the office will be situated on your left.

  • Driving Directions from East Bay, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, or Dublin: Take I-680 North heading towards Sacramento.  Head towards CA 242 and take the Grant Street Exit. Continue on Grant - office is in front of 2020 Heritage Retirement Building.

GAMARRA, CPA was established by Will E. Gamarra, a certified public accountant (CPA) and former Sr. Consultant at Booz, Allen & Hamilton. His experience is grounded on 15 years of tax consulting and has previously worked for various CPA and Financial Consulting firms.  As a former resident of the Arlington, VA, Mr. Gamarra is experienced in tax issues of reciprocity States (i.e., MD, VA, and DC) and district taxes (i.e., CA).  Most notably, he has worked for the following public and non-profit organizations: 

  • The Women's Building in San Francisco as Site Coordinator/Tax Specialist leading the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) in partnership with the United Way and IRS oversight. Supported the community in overseeing the VITA tax site.

  • Putnam and Associates as a Certified Public Accountant/Tax Specialist. Supported the preparation of tax returns for individuals.
